Dr. Peter Davis is a cosmetic plastic surgeon practicing in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is fond of saying he has a dull resume as his undergraduate degree, his medical degree, and his general surgery and plastic surgery training all hail from Stanford University and its associated Medical Center. After growing up in Hawaii, he felt the need to see what a winter was like and further completed a cosmetic plastic surgery fellowship at Boston University Medical Center before returning to the west coast. In addition, Dr. Davis has published several papers in the field of neuroscience, stemming from research performed both at Stanford and Yale Universities.

Since 1999, Dr. Davis has been in private practice in Palo Alto where he performs a variety of aesthetic and transgender related procedures. He works closely with the Gender Dysphoria Program, Inc. headed by Judy Van Maasdam who has made transgender care her life's work, and served as executive director of HBIGDA for more than a decade.
