Booking a Room
The California Dreamin special room rate is $109.00 per night (not including taxes). You can get the special rate for three days before and three days after California Dreamin, availability permtting. Please phone the Doubletree for more details.
To get our special rate, you must book your room on or before Thursday, March 12.
To book your room, please phone the Doubletree directly at (408) 453-4000. You must specifically mention California Dreamin to get the special rate.
You must also book your room in the name that appears on your ID and the credit care you will be using. If your ID doesn't match your appearance when you check in, don't worry—the Doubletree staff understand us and our community. You won't have any problem at all.
Parking
For those staying at the Doubletree, parking is $15.00 per night.
Ship Your Clothes
If you'll be staying at the Doubletree and would like to avoid the hassle of bringing your clothes on your flight with you, you can ship your clothes ahead of you.
We have a mailing label you can use to ship your clothes. Simply print it out and fill in your name after the words "Hold for." (Use the name under which you made your hotel reservation.)
Please make sure that your package does not arrive at the hotel more than three working days before Cal Dreamin. The Doubletree has limited space for storing packages.
